The project, which is being developed on the PR-A plot in the UEN E-24 sector of the Estepona General Plan, is located in the Cancelada neighbourhood, a small, quiet area of the municipality in which primary residences predominate.

Cancelada is one of those few places where children can play in the street, where people sit outside and enjoy the fresh air, and where all the neighbours know each other, although the new population continues to increase year after year; and all this while maintaining good communications and access to the rest of the towns and enclaves of the Costa del Sol.
