Located just a ten minute walk from Macisvenda, a small village just inside the Murcia border and close to the Hondon Valley.
In the village you will find a few cafes and restaurants, school, pharmacy and a local shop.
The Villa is set on a plot of 450 metres, being virtually maintenance free with a large concrete driveway which leads around the entire property all the way back to the front, and access is easy with the large sliding entrance gate.
The front garden area has plenty of space for a 8m x 5m Pool to be installed.
The Villa has a covered Porch across the entrance, and there are two doors at the far end, one has the barbecues area, and the other is the convenient outside bathroom.
Inside the Villa, there has been a total renovation, with new electrics, plumbing, plastering, floor tiles and double glazed windows with nets and shutters, ceilings and feature Fireplace and the current condition is fully prepared for the new owner to finish the painting, doors and frames, and the kitchen to their own preference.

Murcia city and the large commercial retail park, along with IKEA are only 30 minutes drive from the Villa.
Alicante Airport is 45 minutes drive, and Murcia Airport is around 50 minutes.

Met trots presenteren wij deze geweldige villa met 3 slaapkamers, veranda, barbecue en ruimte voor een zwembad, volledig omheind op een gemakkelijk te onderhouden perceel en gelegen in een rustige omgeving met een prachtig uitzicht op het platteland en de nabijgelegen stad.
Gelegen op slechts tien minuten lopen van Macisvenda, een klein dorpje net binnen de grens met Murcia en dichtbij de Hondon-vallei.
